Shipping Info & Return Policy

Shipping: We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it.

We offer free shipping using Tracked 48  2 - 3 business days. Should your order not arrive within this time, please allow 14 working days before contacting us for a replacement or refund from date of despatch. 

Special Delivery, which is guaranteed to be delivered within 24 hours from despatch day, is the best option should you need your order urgently. We offer a reduced rate of £5 for this service (free on orders over £75).

You will receive a tracking number via email on the day of despatch.

 

Returns: If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you have chosen, please return them to us unused within 10 days. We will be happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for an alternative product. Please return the goods in their original packaging. 

 

Items returned to us that arrive damaged will not be refunded so please ensure that they are packaged safely before posting. We will also refund your postage costs. 

 

Please use first or second class post and ensure that you receive a free proof of posting.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE EARRINGS DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.
